  What happened to customer service??? This was our very first time trying out Auntie Anne's here in Tyler mall..I polity asked the server Alan Tyner to give me light ice..I asked him twice I even told his helper they both ignored me and when I told him again!! I asked for light ice! he said there was nothing he can do about it.. my response was' i told you before it was even served..his response was there nothing i can do for you.."REALLY" I will never buy or recommend anyone to by from there AAP.. How quickly they forget it's the customer who keeps the business running..

  Worst experience ever! Was served by a lady with bad teeth with rude manner, poor customer service, and gave us cold pretzels. I do not recommenced this location.
